Holly holds an Associate in Applied Science degree from TCC and recently completed Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. She worked as a Nationally Registered Paramedic and  Virginia Beach Police Officer before venturing into the Real Estate industry in 2010, bringing with her essential qualities such as compassion, discipline, and organization.

Holly is an eager team player who believes and thrives in collaboration for mission success. Her experience in law enforcement makes her work well under pressure while delivering results, which is evidenced by the production-based recognition she received from the Hampton Roads Realtor Association as a Circle of Excellence award winner Gold 2017 and 2018, as well as Platinum in 2019 and 2020.    Even as one of the top 5% of agents in Hamptons Roads, Holly continues to improve herself through educational opportunities to expand her knowledge of her field of practice above the required continuing education.

As a mother, Holly is most proud of raising her son, who is in his second year of college.
